Authentic Swedish Cloths

Swedish cloths have been a staple in most Scandinavian homes since they were first invented by Swedish engineer Curt Lindquist in the 1950's. After combining a ground up, flattened, cellulose (wood pulp) sponge with 100% natural cotton, voila! the first Swedish cloth was born.   Utilizing his intricate, exclusive manufacturing process, only two factories globally have the license to create the authentic Swedish dishcloth, one is located in Sweden and the other is in Germany.  Our Swedish cloths come from both the Sweden and German manufacturers.  Many retailers are now selling Swedish cloths that are not made in Europe, nor are they produced under the original Swedish license.   You can rest assured that our cloths are the authentic Swedish design!
