ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received after 12:00 pm eastern standard time will be processed the next business day. After an order is placed, the processing time will depend on the type of product that was purchased.

For pre-designed Swedish cloths: At this time most of our pre-designed Swedish cloths are in stock; however, some items may take up to 4 weeks before they are ready to be sent out for delivery. If you require your items sooner, please contact us to confirm that they are available to be shipped out the following day. 

For personalized Swedish cloths: Personalized Swedish dishcloths require extra processing time for design and may take up to 4 weeks before they are ready to be sent out for delivery. We understand the importance of receiving your products on time; therefore, please order personalized products 5 weeks prior to your required delivery date.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.


SHIPPING TIMES

Our Swedish cloths are designed and shipped from Ontario, Canada. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.  Currently we use the following shipping carriers; Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS, and/or Purolator.  Shipping times are as follows:

CANADA

The estimated delivery time for your order is 2–5 business days.  Orders containing 5 standard size Swedish cloths or less will be dispatched via Canada Post Oversize Lettermail.  All other orders will be shipped as a trackable parcel.

UNITED STATES

The estimated delivery time for your order is 2–11 business days.  Orders containing 5 standard Swedish cloths or less will be dispatched via Canada Post Oversize Lettermail.  All other orders will be shipped as a trackable parcel.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

After a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control. Shipping delays can be the result of pandemics, wars, and other global emergencies; supply chain disruptions, including vessel delays; extreme weather and natural disasters; labor issues or strikes; and federal and/or international holidays such as Christmas.
